System Requirements

The Noridian Medicare Portal is accessible from several different web browsers; however, only certain browsers are supported. Using older browsers, non-compatible browsers, or disabling browser features such as JavaScript, may reduce functionality in website. To view this site at optimum levels, it is recommended that you use one of the supported browsers below. Use the links to download the latest version of your preferred browser. 

Supported Browsers

The Noridian Medicare Portal is best viewed when your display resolution is set to 1024 x 768 or above. If your settings are below 1024 x 768, you will encounter additional scroll bars.

Login Help/Deleting Cookies

“Cookies” are pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you access a website. They can sometimes store old or inaccurate information that may prevent logging into the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP). Your facility’s network or browser may delete these cookies daily, however, if they are not removed, they can cause issues. To delete your browsers cookies, follow the steps below for your applicable browser. 
 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the ellipsis (…) in the upper-right hand corner of your browser and choose “Settings”
  2. Choose “Cookies and site permissions” from the left-hand menu
  3. Go to “Manage and delete cookies and site data”
  4. Choose “See all cookies and site data” 
  5. Choose “Remove All” 
  6. Exit out of your browser and then try logging in again.

Chrome

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis in the upper-right hand corner of your browser and choose “Settings” 
  2. Choose “Privacy and security” from the left-hand menu
  3. Choose “Clear browsing data” 
  4. Ensure “Cookies and other site data” is checked and choose the Clear Data button
  5. Exit out of your browser and then try logging in again

Firefox

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis in the upper-right hand corner of your browser and choose "Settings" 
  2. Choose "Privacy and security" from the left-hand menu
  3. Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" on the right side and click "Clear Data" 
  4. Scroll down to "History" and click "Clear History" 
  5. To remove any saved NMP passwords, go to "Logins and Passwords", click on "Saved Logins" and remove any listed
  6. Exit out of the browser and then try logging in again
