Prior Authorization (PA) for lower limb prosthetics will be required in all U.S. states and territories beginning December 1, 2020. Suppliers can submit PA requests on the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP) beginning November 17, 2020 for dates of service on or after December 1, 2020.
