Reported Issues with PAR and SSRO Requests

Users may receive error messages after submitting a Prior Authorization Requests (PAR) or a Self-Service Reopening (SSRO) Requests. Our IT staff is aware and is diligently researching further for a resolution. In the meantime, users are asked to review the following recommendations:
Prior Authorization Requests (Part A, Part B and DME)
- Perform a Prior Authorization Status Inquiry at least 15 minutes after submitting the request to verify if the submission was successful.
Self-Service Reopenings
- DME users may perform a Claim Status Inquiry 15 minutes after submitting the request to verify if the submission was successful.
- Part B users may perform a Claim Status Inquiry the following business day to verify if the submission was successful.
An update will be provided once these issues have been resolved.
