Appeals Updates in NMP

The Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP) has been enhanced to provide on-screen instructions and clarifying information when users are submitting Appeals. These instructions and clarifications are intended to help prevent rejections and duplicate appeals from being submitted. 

These enhancements are the start of a series of changes that users can expect to see in the coming months when submitting Appeals through NMP.  The planned enhancements are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
