Inpatient Stay Dates Not Available - RESOLVED

Update: HETS performed a data refresh on 11/14 and the information is now displaying. 

The CMS HIPAA Eligibility Transaction System (HETS) has identified a data issue that is resulting in Hospital/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) admission and/or discharge dates not displaying on the Eligibility Inquiry response. HETS has notified Noridian that this is effecting a limited number of Medicare beneficiaries and that a full refresh of the beneficiary data will be required for the impacted beneficiary records. There is no date set for this fix at this time. Please call the Provider Contact Center to obtain the missing data in relation to a claim denial.
