Voluntary PA of Certain PMD Accessory Items

Beginning March 20, 2023, for claims with a date of service on or after April 6, 2023, on a voluntary basis, a request can be made to have eligible Power Mobility Device (PMD) accessories reviewed with a Prior Authorization (PA) for a PMD base.
