January 19, 2023 Update: The Lifetime Reserve Remaining Days (LTR) information is now displaying correctly. 

On December 12, 2022, Noridian identified an issue where NMP is displaying inaccurate Lifetime Reserve Remaining Days (LTR) information.  Noridian has reported the issue to HETS to research and resolve the issue.  Currently, providers do not need to report the error to Noridian.  Please periodically check this article for any further updates.
