Level 2 Appeals Submission for Part A Users

Part A users may receive a “MAS Portlet Functionality Error” when trying to submit a Level 2 Appeal (Reconsideration). This issue has been reported to Noridian and we are actively working on a resolution. This issue may be sporadic and not affect all submissions or users. Users are encouraged to try their submission again, or submit the Reconsideration by another method.  Noridian apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause and will post an updated message once the issue has been resolved.
