Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Data Not Available - Resolved

As of August 16, 2022 this issue has been resolved. The Eligibility response is now returning the MSP data. 

On July 15, 2022, Noridian identified an issue where Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) information is not displaying on the Eligibility response.  NMP will display the message "Eligibility information for this category is not on file on the date for this inquiry". Noridian has reported the issue to HETS to identify and resolve the issue. Providers do not need to report the error to Noridian.
